Elena Takahashi, MFTT, PCCT
As an MFT trainee, I am passionate about working with children, individuals, couples, and families. I take a holistic approach to therapy, viewing each client as a whole person and considering their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. My therapeutic orientation is grounded in Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
I believe in the transformative power of counseling and strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and valued. My goal is to help clients identify their strengths, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful growth and positive change.
I have a special passion for working with immigrants, as I am an immigrant myself. Being fluent in Russian allows me to provide culturally responsive and sensitive therapy to Russian-speaking individuals and families. I understand the unique experiences, transitions, and challenges that can accompany immigration and am committed to helping clients navigate those experiences with compassion and support.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they build resilience, discover their strengths, and create lasting positive change in their lives.
