I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping children, teens, young adults, individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. I believe that building a meaningful, trusting, and supportive therapeutic relationship is an essential part of the healing process.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including talk therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and narrative interventions, to help clients gain insight, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.
I believe there is no single right way to approach therapy or one path that works for everyone. Each person's journey is different, and therapy provides a safe space to explore life's challenges, process difficult emotions, and discover new perspectives.
Above all, I believe therapy is one of the many valuable tools that can help us build healthier relationships, find emotional balance, and create a more peaceful and fulfilling life. My goal is to walk alongside my clients, offering encouragement, understanding, and support as they navigate their own paths toward healing and personal growth.
"The attempt to escape from pain is what creates more pain."
— Gabor Maté, Canadian physician and author
