Khazana Martis, MFTT

My approach is rooted in empathy and in meeting clients where they are in their journey. Since 2022, I have worked with survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence, an experience that has deepened my passion for supporting individuals as they navigate the challenges of healing from complex trauma.

I believe meaningful and lasting change is possible when individuals develop greater self-awareness, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and cultivate hope and resilience. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients identify and reframe thoughts and beliefs that may be contributing to emotional distress or limiting their growth.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and move toward their goals. It is an honor to walk alongside clients through both the hills and valleys of life as they pursue healing, growth, and lasting transformation.
