Selina Jordan, LMFT
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals, particularly those navigating ADHD, Autism, executive functioning challenges, identity exploration, and burnout. I also work with adolescents, young adults, and parents of neurodivergent children. My clinical work is informed by both lived experience and ongoing doctoral research as I complete my PhD in Counseling & Psychological Studies with a specialization in Biblical Counseling, with a focus on neurodivergence and holistic healing. My approach to therapy is relational, integrative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and understood. Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and paced to fit your needs, blending clinical insight with empathy, authenticity, humor, and real-life relatability. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly process, better understand yourself, and move toward meaningful change with support and compassion. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated counseling that thoughtfully blends theology and psychology.
