Shayna Parsha, MFTT, PCCT
My approach is rooted in the idea that healing happens through connection, with ourselves, others, and our world. I’ve had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families to navigate trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and various other challenges. My work is guided by trauma-informed care, with a person-centered approach I strive to honor each person’s strengths and goals throughout our time together.
With a strong interest in holistic wellness, I encourage clients to consider that many factors contribute to their wellbeing such as sleep, nutrition, movement, and relationships. I am also passionate about the therapeutic role animals, such as horses, can play in the healing process. Using evidence-based practices tailored to my clients’ needs, I aim to create a compassionate and collaborative space where each individual can feel supported in their personal journey.
